Valentine’s Day


Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an elevated evening of thoughtful cuisine and indulgence. Our chefs have curated a three-course menu that showcases seasonal produce, refined technique, and flavours designed to be enjoyed together.

The evening begins at 6:00pm with canapés and sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a three-course menu with your choice of entrée and main (three options each), and concludes with a chef’s selection shared dessert plate.

Fig, balsamic, walnut, pickled pear, rocket

Grilled Barramundi
Lobster ravioli, fennel, tomato, basil, bisque sauce

Porcini Dusted Beef Eye Fillet
Potato gratin, mushroom sauce, speck, spinach, asparagus

Truffled Potato Gnocchi
Asparagus, king brown mushroom, tarragon, parmesan, watercress

Chocolate Plate for Two
